PowerLung Limited Warranty

Your PowerLung unit, when delivered to you in new condition in its original, sealed packaging, is warranted against defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and with appropriate maintenance for a period of  one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

If parts of a PowerLung unit is proven to be defective upon inspection by PowerLung, Inc, it will be repaired with new or comparable parts or exchanged for a new PowerLung unit of the same model at the choice of PowerLung, Inc. Your PowerLung product must be registered in order to be eligible for PowerLung Warranty Service. If you have not already registered your PowerLung, please use this link to complete your product registration. (You will need the serial number from the package label, date of purchase, and name of the company where you purchased.) 

This limited warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal use of the PowerLung unit and does not apply to the following:

  • Loss of or damage to the PowerLung unit due to misuse, abuse, alteration, accident; units that have been modified, serviced or repaired by anyone other than PowerLung, Inc. or its authorized service center or units which the serial number has been removed or made illegible.
  • Failure to follow operating, maintenance and cleaning instructions as outlined in the PowerLung user instructions..
  • Fading and discoloration due to age and use.
  • Use of parts or supplies that cause damage to the PowerLung unit
  • Products sold by PowerLung, Inc. are not intended to be used as medical devices or in medical environments. No PowerLung, Inc. product is intended for the prevention, curing, or alleviation of any disease, injury or handicap. There is no warranty for improper use of the product.
  • It is unsafe to share a PowerLung product or purchase a used PowerLung. PowerLung Inc never resells any used or returned PowerLung unit or parts. There is no warranty if the product purchased is not new and in it's original packaging.

This limited warranty is given in place of all other warranties, expressed or implied. No statement or claim about the product by an employee, agent, or dealer of PowerLung, Inc. shall constitute a warranty by PowerLung, Inc. or give rise to any liability or obligation of PowerLung, Inc. `

Warranty Service Instructions

Most technical problems with PowerLung can be resolved by reading the information in our Knowledge Base.  

If you are unable to find the answer to your concern, contact us for assistance to see if your PowerLung falls under our warranty coverage. A PowerLung representative will attempt to diagnose and correct the problem with your PowerLung model by e-mail, phone, or chat. If the problem cannot be resolved, you will be asked to use the PowerLung Mail-In Warranty Service if your product is covered by the PowerLung Limited Warranty.  PowerLung, Inc. will not send replacement parts for your PowerLung model.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY SERVICE

Customers outside the United States who need warranty service need to contact the local or area distributor if one is available. International customers who send their PowerLung model to our United States offices for warranty service are responsible for shipping charges to return the serviced model. We will work with International customers to arrange the shipping of their choice.
