EU VAT / IOSS: PowerLung Inc. does not hold an independent EU VAT or IOSS registration. All EU direct-to-consumer sales are processed through Shopify Markets Pro, which serves as the merchant of record and is responsible for VAT collection and remittance under its own IOSS registration in accordance with EU VAT OSS regulations.

B2B buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local VAT registration and reporting obligations.

PowerLung Inc. is not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly with customers.
