Perfect “O” Mouth Tubes help you practice an open, relaxed mouth and throat position for breathing, voice, and performance. Each bright white paper tube positions the lips, mouth, and jaw in an “O” shape while encouraging awareness of the vocal pathway and airflow.

Use the tubes independently by inhaling through the tube, then exhaling while producing an “oo” sound, sustaining a comfortable note, or following vocal exercises recommended by your instructor or therapist. Tube-based vocal exercises are widely used as semi-occluded vocal tract exercises for warm-ups and voice training, helping support efficient phonation and reduced vocal effort for singers, public speakers, teachers, actors, and other professional voice users.

Wind‑instrument musicians can also use the tubes to practice an open, relaxed oral position and smooth, controlled airflow away from the instrument. Research shows that the way a player shapes the mouth, tongue, throat, and vocal tract can influence both sound and vocal tract load; practicing awareness of these positions can be helpful between phrases or outside of instrument practice.

When attached, they provide a different mouth, jaw, and throat training experience along with your PowerLung breathing sessions. Because the tube does not have the formed lip guard of the standard mouthpiece, maintaining a firm lip seal to help prevent air leaks may require more attention.

Each packet contains three disposable breathing tubes printed with the PowerLung name. The tubes are manufactured and printed in the USA using 100% food‑grade paper construction and a moisture‑resistant outer wrap. Each tube may be used by one person for one or more sessions during the same day; discard it after use or sooner if it becomes damp, soft, wet, crushed, torn, or misshapen.

Important: When used with a PowerLung, a new disposable mouth tube does not make the PowerLung appropriate for sharing. For your health and safety, each PowerLung should be used by one person only.
