PowerLung offers a replacement mouthpiece designed to fit all PowerLung models.
Keep your PowerLung comfortable and ready for breathing training with a replacement mouthpiece designed specifically for the PowerLung housing. It fits securely into the molded housing to help protect against air leakage while you inhale and exhale through the unit.
Designed to fit comfortably in the mouth when positioned as shown in the PowerLung User Instructions, this replacement mouthpiece fits all PowerLung models. Use it to replace an original mouthpiece that has been lost, damaged, or worn.
Important: This replacement mouthpiece is intended for the existing owner’s PowerLung. Replacing the mouthpiece does not make a PowerLung appropriate for sharing. For your health and safety, each PowerLung should be used by one person only.

Materials
PowerLung Model Materials: Homopolymer H20A-00 is a controlled-rheology polypropylene grade designed for injection molding applications requiring a moderate level of antistatic agent.
H20A-00 meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520.
PowerLung Mouthpiece Materials: DynaFlex(R) G2701-1000-2 (or equivalent) is an easy processing TPE designed for injection molding and extrusion applications that require FDA compliance.
Perfect “O” Mouth Tubes: Bright white, food-grade paper construction with a moisture-resistant outer wrap. Each disposable tube is printed with the PowerLung name and made in the USA.

Shipping Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Calculated shipping rates (USPS, UPS, DHL) are displayed at checkout based on your address and order weight. International orders include all duties and taxes at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery.

Returns & Refunds Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt with prior authorization. The tamper-evident seal must be intact. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

PowerLung units are personal-use products intended for one person and should not be shared with another person.
Cleaning the unit or replacing its mouthpiece, disposable mouth tube, or Resistance Cell Set does not make the PowerLung appropriate for use by another person. Replacement parts and accessories are intended to maintain or adapt the existing owner’s PowerLung—not to allow multiple people to use the same unit.
